Boot Camps

Our Boot Camps are a fun way to get fitter and be active.  We have two locations, the CBD Botanical Gardens and Kangaroo Point.  The sessions are a mixture of HIIT, Boxing, Weights and Circuit training designed to maximise your time to get the best possible results.  We cater for all ages and fitness types.

CBD BOTANICAL GARDENS SESSIONS

Lunch Time Sessions:

Lunch time power sessions, that will leave you feeling healthy, fit and energised ready for your afternoon back at work

Where:  Brisbane CBD Botanical Gardens (Cnr Alice and Edwards Street)

When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 12pm

Time: 30mins

Before/After Work Sessions:

Start or finish the day off the right way with a high intensity training session

Where:  Brisbane CBD Botanical Gardens (Cnr Alice and Edwards Street)

When: Tuesday 6.20am, Wednesday 5.30pm, Thursday 6.20am

KANGAROO POINT SESSIONS

Week Day Sessions:

Start or finish the day off the right way with a high intensity training session

Where: Meeting near the tall statue at the top of the cliffs, near Cliffs Café on the big concrete steps

When: Monday 6am, Tuesday 6pm, Wednesday 6am, Thursday 6pm

 Time: 30mins

Saturday Session:

Our Saturday Boot Camp is the toughest session we run!  Start the weekend off right with an intense, high intensity workout!

Where:  Meeting near the tall statue at the top of the cliffs, near Cliffs Café on the big concrete steps

When: Saturday 7am

Time: 45min
