What’s great about the blueprint boot camps is you’ll be encouraged but not coddled, pushed but not beaten! All the trainers have been wonderful and helpful in technique and in motivation. You’re not going to get screamed at and pushed till you pass out… You’ll be pushed to find your limits then you’ll push those as you train further! I’m heading interstate and that’s the only reason I’m leaving… feel like opening up in ACT? The variety of exercises meant that me and my BF could train together even though we’re at completely different fitness levels. If you want it then blueprint can help you get it!
