The sessions are a mixture of longer conditioning and higher intensity interval training designed to maximize your time to get the best possible results
We use a mixture of weighted and body weight movements and cardio machines in our sessions. No session is the same
We cater for all ages and fitness types, all our trainers are well versed to scale up or down movements based on your capabilities
Please note that our CBT Sessions should not be used to rehab injuries
