CBT Sessions

Our sessions are a fun way to get fitter and be active.

We have three locations, Our Studio, the CBD/CITY Botanical Gardens and Kangaroo Point.

The sessions are a mixture of Circuit Based Training and High Intensity Interval Training designed to maximise your time to get the best possible results.

We cater for all ages and fitness types.

Get some fresh air at lunch time or start your day off right with a fast paced workout to maximize your session time

Where:  Brisbane CBD/CITY Botanical Gardens (Cnr Alice and Edwards Street)

Inside on the grassed area, near the large pagola

When: Tuesday and Thursday @ 6.20am

Time: 30mins

Join us for a high intensity training session in our Private Training studio using the latest in cardio equipment and weights

Where:  Level 1B, 181 Elizabeth Street, Brisbane CBD/CITY

When: Monday + Wed @ 12pm, Tuesday and Thursday @ 5.30pm

Time: 30min



Start the weekend off right and join our biggest class of the week

Where:  Meeting near the tall statue at the top of the cliffs, near Cliffs Café on the big concrete steps or in the Studio in the CBD/CITY

Location depends on number of attendees and weather

When: Saturday @ 6.30am / 6.45am

Time: 35 - 45 min
